The best way to get in touch with your provider is to email info@theaimclinic.com with subject line, Attention: ‘Provider Name’ for ‘Your Name’
For inquiries that require more than a brief response, we kindly ask that you schedule an appointment so your questions can be fully addressed.

Most of our supplement recommendations are available both in office and can be ordered online through Fullscript based on your personal preference. If you want a refill from supplements we have in the office, just email us at info@theaimclinic.com with the supplement name, brand, and size (ex. B12 Folate, Pure Encapsulations, 60 caps).

Refills are timed based on your scheduled follow up appointment so refill requests generally should not be needed. However, if a refill is needed, please email info@theaimclinic.com with the medication name and your name. Please note, we do not accept medication requests directly from pharmacies as these requests are often automated and not relevant to clinical needs.

Technically, yes this is an option but we highly recommend you always order your labs through us (just email us at info@theaimclinic.com) because if you order them yourself your provider isn’t able to access the results directly and we’re not able to share our discounted rate with you so you’ll be paying more for the same labs.
