Scheduling Your Initial Consultation

Your Initial Consultation

45 Minute Comprehensive Visit ($300)

During this comprehensive session, your provider will:

  • Conduct a thorough review of your medical history.

  • Assess your current symptoms and health concerns.

  • Explore your lifestyle: nutrition, exercise, stress levels, etc.

  • Discuss your personal health goals and aspirations.

  • Perform a physical assessment, as needed.

This detailed evaluation allows us to gain a holistic understanding of your health and identify the root causes of your concerns.

Personalized Treatment Plan

Based on your initial consultation, your provider will create a customized plan that may include:

  • In-house therapies (e.g. IV therapies, ozone treatment, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, musculoskeletal therapies).

  • Nutritional guidance and dietary recommendations.

  • Lifestyle adjustments and stress management techniques.

  • Targeted supplements and other remedies.

  • Functional lab testing to identify underlying imbalances.

Ongoing Support and Follow-Up

We are committed to supporting you throughout your wellness journey with follow-up appointments to monitor progress, adjust your plan, and address any questions.

Most follow up visits are 30-45 minutes ($190) depending on your needs.
